4. What is the shipping policy?

Once we process an order, we cannot upgrade or change the shipping method. We also can't modify or cancel items on your order once it's confirmed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Learn more here.

5. What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 90 days of the original shipping date for a prompt refund. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless the product arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement. If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced.
